The customer service and follow up type emails don't require much, if any, customization. The sales emails are different. In the sale email templates, you simply get a format to follow. Obviously your prices, testimonials and show/product descriptions aren't the same as mine. So you'll need to update those autoresponders accordingly and hopefully make them even better!
