Technically no we cannot send "attachments" with our autoresponders or broadcasts. A very simple solution around that is to simply post the file into your "media library" in your 1shop account. You can access that by clicking on "setup" and then clicking on "media library"
Next, upload the file(s) that you want to send with the autoresponder or broadcast. Click on the "upload" button in the upper right corner.
Finally, click the name of the file that you want to include in your message (you just uploaded it). It will give you the URL to copy and paste into your message so people can access that file.
So that way you can provide a link for the recipient to click on and download the file to their computer keeping the size of the email to a minimum making it load fast for your recipients.
